The product arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. I opened them and determined how to install them. I used my own flat headed wood screws to minimize the protrusion of the screws included which had a bulky head. The color of the blinds matches my kitchen cabinet color very well. They operate and move very well and I am happy with this product.

Nice blinds. Came quick. Only problem was inside mount is the exact measurement. They usually come trimmed a 1/4 in each side. They fit to tight to open/close. When measuring take that into account

Couldn’t be happier! This is my 3rd order from blinds chalet. They arrived before schedule and were packaged with care so nothing was damaged. Instructions were very easy and straight forward. I was supplied with more than enough parts for everything and the instal was very user friendly. The valances were cut perfect and really dressed up the blinds. THE ONLY THING, I would recommend for the future when installing with the outside mount measurements is to supply slightly longer screws. When using the spacers in the installation, the screws just barely didn’t bite enough of the window framing to hold the blinds securely. I just grabbed some longer wood screws and knocked it out!

I needed to find blinds for side windows in a garden window. The size was odd (10" wides) and very hard to find. Blinds Chalet was the only supplier I could find. The blinds were ordered easily and came right away. I would definitely recommend.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
